SYNOPSIS

This play is a light hearted comedy set in and around a cricket pavilion. Club Captain Roger is struggling to raise a team for their Saturday afternoon fixture but this will become the least of his worries as the various wives and girlfriends arrive on the scene causing all kinds of complications.
The action of the play takes place in and around a cricket pavilion.
ACT 1 A summer’s day, about 1 p.m.
ACT 2 About 5.30 p.m. the same afternoon
There will be an interval between ACT 1 and ACT 2 during which refreshments will be available – wine, beer, tea, coffee and soft drinks.
