Cliffe Theatre is an amateur drama group which has been based at Egglescliffe Community Centre for over thirty years.
The group’s first production. Semi-Detached by David Turner, was performed in March 1986 and since that time we have presented a variety of high quality drama for our local audience and beyond.
In addition to our main productions we have also entered one-act play drama festivals and performed murder-mystery evenings to raise money for local charities.
When we are not busy rehearsing we enjoy various social events including theatre visits, quizzes, wine tastings, walks and domino drives.
